Arabian Contracting Co.’s (Al Arabia) wholly owned subsidiary, Faden Media Co., won a project from Remat Al-Riyadh Development Co. for establishing, operating, and maintaining advertising billboards on the public taxis and buses in Riyadh, according to a statement to Tadawul.

In addition, Remat Al-Riyadh awarded Faden Media another project to establish, operate, and maintain advertising billboards on buildings' facades in various sites in Riyadh, Al Arabia said in a separate statement.

The public taxis and buses project will last two years, with a preparation and construction period of up to one-two months. This project's business model is based on annual rental payments.

The billboards in this project consist of advertising posters on a total of 500 public taxis or buses.

This project is the first of its kind in Riyadh, through which Faden seeks to expand and diversify advertising methods and means, targeting new segments of advertisers.

Advertising billboards on public transportation is a distinctive way to reach the largest number of audiences, achieving positive results for advertising campaigns due to the increased mobility provided by public taxis and buses, Al Arabia explained.

The building facades project runs for 10 years, with a preparation and construction period extending up to six months. The business model in this project is based on annual rental payments as well.

The scope of the project includes three separate buildings on the roads and streets of Riyadh identified by Remat, where the total number of panels that will be installed on the facades of the buildings is six digital panels with dimensions estimated at 40 meters and larger for each panel.

Through this award, Faden seeks to expand its networks of advertising billboards on building facades, innovate new marketing techniques and solutions in the digital advertising sector, and enter the Riyadh market for the first time. This contributes to diversifying and targeting new segments of advertisers, building brand awareness, and enhancing its market influence.
