Cenomi Retail CEO resigns, Salim Fakhouri named acting CEO

The board of Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. (Cenomi Retail) approved the resignation of CEO Gunther Helm due to personal reasons, effective Feb. 29.

 

The board appointed Salim Fakhouri as acting CEO, effective March 1, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Fakhouri has over two decades of fashion retail experience across MENA. He has been CEO – Fashion for Cenomi Retail since November 2021. Prior to that, he served as President of the Fashion Division for Azadea Group Holding.

 

Helm was named Cenomi Retail CEO on April 1, 2023.
