Alhokair Group appoints Fahad Al-Obailan as CEO

Fahad Al-Obailan CEO of Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Alhokair Group)


Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development (Alhokair Group)’s board of directors appointed, on Feb 25, Fahad Al-Obailan as CEO starting March 3.

 

According to a statement to Tadawul, Sami AlHokair’s assignment as the company’s CEO ended while he remains as Managing Director board member.

 

Fahad Al Obailan is one of the young leaders in the tourism and commercial sectors with more than twenty years of experience throughout which he held many leadership positions in Seera Group Holding and the Abdul Latif Jameel Group. He served as Chief of Tourism at Seera’s subsidiary, Al-Musafer.

 

He was also Vice Chairman of the board of directors of the Saudi Industries Development Co., a member of the board of directors of Najm for Insurance Services Co., chairman of AlmosaferCo, by klook, and vice chairman of the Tourism Committee of the Riyadh Chamber.

 

Moreover, he is a member of the executive committee of Lumi Rental Co., a member of the executive committee for tourism in the Council of Saudi Chambers, And a member of the advisorycommittee on tourism curricula at Princess Noura Abdul Rahman University.

 

He has participated in many leadership development programs in many International universities such as the London Business School and the University of Ansek in France.

 

He holds an intensive master’s degree in business administration from Thunderbird College of Global Management - Arizona -USA and a bachelor’s degree in management business - Marketing from King Saud University in Riyadh.

 

According to data available on Argaam, Al Hokair Group assigned Managing Director Sami Al Hokair as CEO, as ofWednesday, March 1, 2023.
