PIF starts selling 7-year dollar bonds: Report

The Public Investment Fund (PIF) started selling dollar sukuk with priority payment for a period of seven years, Reuters reported, citing a document.

 

The document said that the PIF set an initial indicative price for selling the sukuk at a premium of about SAR 115 basis points (bps) over US Treasury bonds.

 

According to data available on Argaam, Reuters reported on Feb. 26 that the PIF intends to offer dollars-denominated sukuks for a period of seven years.
