Electrical Industries’ subsidiary seals contract to supply transformers for SAR 125.8M

Electrical Industries Co.'s (EIC) subsidiary Saudi Power Transformers Co. (SPTC) signed a contract with Larsen & Toubro Saudi Arabia to supply the latter with power transformers for SAR 125.8 million (excluding VAT), according to a statement to Tadawul today, March 26.

 

The agreement, running for 20 months, entails a purchase order for the supply of power transformers to Jafoura gas field project in favor of Aramco, EIC said.

The contract is expected to have a positive financial impact on its results for 2026, it added, noting there are no related parties to the deal.
