ANB shareholders authorize board to distribute interim dividend for 2024

Arab National Bank’s (ANB) shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute semi-annual or quarterly interim dividends for 2024. This took place in the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on March 26.

 

Moreover, they agreed to amend and add a number of articles to the bank’s bylaws, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The shareholders also approved the business and contracts concluded between the bank and Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. as well as Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co., the statement added.
