Tasnee shareholders to vote on transferring SAR 905.3M to retained earnings on April 18

Shareholders of National Industrialization Co. (Tasnee) will vote on transferring SAR 905.3 million from its statutory reserve, as shown in the financial statements of 2023, to retained earnings in an general meeting to be held on April 18.

 

Tasnee had earlier announced that shareholders will vote on transferring SAR 800.3 million from its statutory reserve, as shown in the financial statements of 2023, to retained earnings.
