Yamama Cement Co.’s board of directors appointed on April 1 Prince Naif bin Sultan Al-Kabeer as Chairman.
Abdullah Al-Obeikan was also named as Vice Chairman, while Mohammed Al-Qdhibi was appointed as the new Board Secretary, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
Meanwhile, the remuneration and nomination committee was formed, including four members. It is chaired by Prince Sultan bin Khalid Al Kabeer.
The audit committee was formed with three members, headed by Raed Al Saif.
The company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) were also appointed for all matters related to the implementation of the CMA’s regulations.
