Saudi Printing reappoints Adel Al Nasser as Chairman, Mohammad Kashqari as Vice Chairman

Saudi Printing and Packaging Co.’s board of directors reappointed Adel Al Nasser as Chairman and Mohammad Kashqari as Vice Chairman, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board elected members of the executive committee, including Adel Al Nasser (Chairman), Mohammad Kashqari, Saleh Al Dowais and Mohamed Nazer.

 

In addition, the board elected members of the remuneration and nominations committee, namely, Muhammad Al-Amaj (Chairman), Mohammad Kashqari, Mohammed Allaboon, Khalid Alhuqail and Abdulaziz Altayar.

 

The statement pointed out that representatives of the company were appointed for all purposes related to the application of rules and regulations at the Capital Market Authority, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa). In addition, the secretary of the board was appointed.
