Go Announces Developments of Use of March 2012 IPO Proceeds

Etihad Atheeb Telecom (GO) announced today on tadawul developments of use of March 2012 IPO proceeds as follows:

  • SAR 886,725,610: payment made to BSF as a part of the loan principle plus due installments.
  • SAR 119.900.000: payment made to founding shareholders for the bridge loan.
  • SAR 45.887.778: payment for ZTE co. as part of its dues for the network tools and network management fees.
  • SAR 6.802.276: payment made to Horizon Power co. as part of its dues.
  • SAR 25.783.371: payments to Mobily as part of its dues.
  • SAR 14.961.135: paid to Motorola Co. for providing technical services and tools.
  • SAR 2.125.812: paid to Icom Co. for the publicity services provided.
  • SAR 4 m: payments to Green Packet as part of its dues.
  • SAR 2.994.984: payment to STC for network use.
  • SAR 20.202.660: payment to Wipro Co. as part of its dues.
