Sahara Petrochemicals’ affiliate to start a 24-day scheduled maintenance

Sahara Petrochemicals’ affiliate, Tasnee & Sahara Olefins Company, will start on Sept 1 a 24-day scheduled maintenance of units of its Ethylene and Propylene Co, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul.

The financial impact of the temporary shutdown will be SAR 3.8 million. The company added that the shutdown won’t affect its supply.

Sahara  indirectly owns 24.41 percent in Ethylene and Propylene Co, while Tasnee owns 45.3 percent.
