Najran Cement picks a new chairman and deputy

Najran Cement’s board members voted unanimously for the appointment of Mr. Mohammed bin Mani bin Sultan Aba al-Ala as board chairman and managing director. The board also voted unanimously for the choice of Dr. Daif-Allah bin Omar bin Daif-Allah Al-Ghamdi, as vice chairman.

The vote took place at the board’s first meeting of the current session on 14/8/2013, and four subcommittees of the board were announced; the Executive Committee, the Review Committee, Nominations and Rewards Committee and the Governance and Social Responsibility Management Committee.
