SADAFCO acquires 49% of Kuwait SADAFCO:

Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) announced today on tadawul the acquisition of 49% of Kuwait SADAFCO LLC. from the united industries company (a Kuwaiti related party co.) for SAR 66,000 equivalent to KD 4,900.

The deal is financed from the company’s cash flows.
