Sidc says liability lawsuit still at court

Regarding the lawsuit filed against both the former chairman and managing director of the Saudi Industrial Development Company (SIDC), claiming their liability for offloading the 20% stake of Sidc in Yanbu National Petrochemical Company (Yansab) to the detriment of the interests of shareholders and the company; SIDC announces that the lawsuit remains under consideration at Jeddah administrative court, which will look into the case on 13/3/1433 Hijri. Further developments will be announced in due course.
