Qassim Agriculture chairman steps down, Al Hameed takes over

Saudi Arabia’s Qassim Agriculture Co. said in a bourse statement on Tuesday that chairman Mohammed Al Oraini submitted his resignation during the company’s board meeting.

Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Hameed was unanimously elected as chairman of the board 

​to re​

place Al Oraini.

Al Oraini, whose term should have ended in 2017, will maintain his position as a board member.
