Takween names Azhar Kenji new chief at helm

The board of Takween Advanced Industries named on Tuesday Azhar Kenji as its new chief executive officer, replacing Abdulmohsen Al-Othman.  
 
Kenji has over 30 years of experience working in the industrial and commercial business, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul. 
 
He joined Savola Co. in 1985. He held several leading positions with Savola and was named the chief executive of the group’s plastics sector in 2010.
 
He serves as a member of the national plastics committee (NPC Riyadh) and is also a board member of the Saudi Arabian Standards Organization, as well as Al Sharq Plastic Industries.
