Red Sea Housing Services appoints new board of directors

Red Sea Housing Services Co., a global manufacturer of modular buildings, has announced the appointment of a new board of directors.
 
Motions to elect new members were made during the company’s annual general meeting on Monday.
 
Amr Abdullah Al Dabbagh has been named Chairman of the board, while Joseph Vecchiolla will fill the role of CEO and Managing Director. Several other appointments were made and the new three-year board cycle will begin on April 25.
