SAIC’s Obeikan Glass to hike capital by 50%

Obeikan Glass Company, which is 40 percent owned by Saudi Advanced Industries Company (SAIC), will increase its capital from SAR 200 million to SAR 300 million, the company said on Sunday.

 

The Yanbu-based company said it will pay for the increase through its own resources.

 

The capital hike, in which Obeikan holds a 40 percent interest, aims to support the company’s activities and business, it added.
