SARCO opens nominations for board membership

Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (SARCO) will open next week nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting May 1, 2018, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit a request for nomination from Dec. 24, 2017 until Jan. 24, 2018.
