Knowledge Economic City names new board member

Knowledge Economic City Co.’s board of directors has appointed Anees Moumina as non-executive board member and a member of the audit committee.

The appointment will be effective from March 15, 2018 until the end of the current term on July 27, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

The move follows the resignation of Rayan Fayez from the board and audit committee.

Meanwhile, the board has named the board member, Majed Al Eisa, as head of the audit committee effective from the same date until the end of the current term.
