Banque Saudi Fransi approves 3.5% dividend for H217

Banque Saudi Fransi (BSFR) shareholders approved a 3.5 percent cash dividend for the second half of 2017, at SAR 0.35 per share, amounting to SAR 419.8 million.

 

They also approved the previously distributed dividend at SAR 1.05 per share for H1 2017.

 

The board was delegated to distribute semi-annually or quarterly cash dividend for 2018, in accordance with corporate rules and regulations.
