Saudi Electricity begins ops at SAR 590 mln plant in Jalla

Saudi Electricity Company for Projects Development, a subsidiary of Saudi Electricity Co. (SEC), has started operating a 380-kilo volt power plant in Jalla at a total cost of SAR 590 million.

 

The plant will enhance the reliability and safety of power service across various regions in Riyadh, the official news agency SPA reported.

 

This project comes as part of SEC's plan to set up high-reliability power projects to improve its services across the Kingdom for over 9 million customers.
