Farm Superstores renews SAR 212 mln facility agreement with BSF

Saudi Marketing Co. (Farm Superstores) has renewed a credit facility agreement with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) at a total value of SAR 211.6 million, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The facility tenure will extend from August 29, 2018 to August 31, 2019.

 

The loan, which was guaranteed by a promissory note, will go for repaying the expansions’ capex and financing the working capital’s requirements.

 

No related parties are involved in the agreement.
