MEFIC REIT Fund reports SAR 21 mln profit in 2018

MEFIC REIT Fund posted a net profit of SAR 21.07 million for the period ending Dec. 31, 2018, according to a bourse filing.

 

Net assets stood at SAR 753.84 million for the same period.

 

Total expenses reached SAR 2.86 million. The unit’s net book value hit SAR 10.29 for the period ending on Dec. 31, 2018.
