Astra Industrial approves FY18 dividend freeze

Astra Industrial Group’s shareholders on April 21 approved withholding dividends for FY18, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also elected new board members and a new audit committee for the coming three-year term starting as of April 22, 2019.
