Zahrat Al Waha Trading Co. shareholders have approved the contracts of Hana Food Industries Company and Abna Hamoud Ibrahim Altheyab Company, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.
They also approved discharging board members from liabilities during fiscal year 2018 and agreed on a board remuneration of SAR 300,000 for the year.
Meanwhile, they have approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda including related parties contracts and deals for the new fiscal year.
