Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al-Akaria) reported net profit of SAR 147.62 million for the 2015 fiscal year, marking a steep fall of 46.6 percent year-on-year (YOY) which the company attributed to reduced land sales and decline in earnings from affiliates.

Profit for the period was 23 percent lower than the previous quarter due to reconciliation of zakat provision.
