Sinad Holding names Jameel Al Molhem as CEO

Sinad Holding Co.’s board of directors decided on April 12 to appoint Jameel Al Molhem as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective May 28, 2023, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

The step follows the board’s resolution to amend the organizational structure of the company by separating the positions of Managing Director (MD) and CEO. Abdullah Alhowaish will continue as MD.

 

Al Molhem holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He has held several leadership positions during his career, including MD at Takween Advanced Industries Co., MD and CEO at Shaker Group, and, CEO at stc.
