Maaden shareholders to vote on electing new board members on Sept. 25

Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Maaden) shareholders will vote on electing new board members for the upcoming three-year term, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for Sept. 25. 

 

The new board term will start from Oct. 25, 2023, until Oct. 24, 2026, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. 

 

The meeting’s agenda also includes electing members of the audit committee for the upcoming three-year term.

 

The candidates are Khalid Al-Mudaifer (non-executive), Mike Cheng (non-board member) and Manar Al Moneef (independent).
