Fesh Fash shareholders approve bylaws

Fesh Fash Snack Food Production Co.’s shareholders approved bylaws related to the board of directors, audit committee and nomination and remuneration committee, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Dec. 21.

 

Meanwhile, they approved regulations of the policy and criteria for membership in the board of directors.
