Seera Group Holding Co. appointed Al Waleed Al Nasser as Acting CEO, effective as of today, April 1, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
Al Nasser has been serving as the company’s Vice President since 2016 and was actively involved in the group’s transformation program, having played a key role in defining the revised strategy that was announced on Nov. 8, 2023.
His experience exceeds 20 years, characterized by notable achievements in leadership, management, strategic planning, risk management, and corporate governance, the company said.
Throughout his professional journey, Al Nasser has held various managerial and advisory roles, while also serving on the board of directors for several companies. Furthermore, he has successfully completed many executive and administrative programs.
In his new mission, Al Nasser will work alongside leadership in the group to execute the announced strategy.
