Sumou Real Estate net profit up 19% to SAR 36 mln in H1 2020

Sumou Real Estate Co. reported a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 36 million for the first half of 2020, a 19% year-on-year (YoY) increase.

 

Sales for the period, however, fell 26% YoY to SAR 49.91 million, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders’ equity increased 10% YoY to SAR 388.88 million during H1 2020, compared to SAR 353.237 million in the previous year.
