Buruj shareholders approve withholding dividend for FY2019

Buruj Cooperative Insurance Co.’s (Buruj) shareholders approved withholding cash dividend for the fiscal year 2019 during the ordinary general meeting held on June 9, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders also approved all other items on the meeting’s agenda.

In March, the company’s board of directors recommended withholding cash dividend for FY2019 to support the company’s financial position, Argaam reported.
